Genesis stands behind the accuracy of the data that we provide. We do offer free reinvestigations to the subject of any report that is run by Genesis. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires that Genesis give consumers (those who are the subjects of the reports that we prepare) the ability to request a reinvestigation of any information that is in their report.
